PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which MPPT control by a hydraulic power generating system takes time to the MPPT control to be established, since a power generation output is controlled in a speed range faster or equal to a maximum power generation output speed by using an efficiency characteristic curve of a hydraulic turbine.SOLUTION: A control device of a converter device performs a phase synchronization control between an autonomous phase signal and a bus bar voltage with a PLL control unit at a time of dual energizing of a bus bar voltage detection, stores into a storage unit an effective/reactive current value before changeover from the autonomous operation to system interconnection operation with a signal at a time of PLL control succession, and performs system interconnection while controlling a current of system interconnection control inverter on the basis of the stored effective/reactive current value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
