PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object and an apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object, by which a three-dimensional molded object excellent in dimensional accuracy can be safely manufactured with superior productivity and superior stability, and a three-dimensional molded object excellent in dimensional accuracy manufactured by using the above method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object and the apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object aims to manufacture a three-dimensional molded object by stacking layers 1, and the method includes: a layer formation step 1a of forming the layer 1 by using a layer-forming composition 11 comprising a plurality of particles and a solvent; a solvent removal step 1b of removing the solvent included in the layer 1 while bringing into contact with a pressing member 9 composed of a porous body to an outer surface of the layer 1; and a bound portion formation step 1d of binding the particles to form a bound portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
