FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates devices, creating lift force in viscous fluid. Proposed method of lift force creation on surface consists in creation of pressure difference, acting on opposite sides of surface by increasing circulation of viscous fluid around it. On one of side surfaces region formed, bordered by layer of particles of viscous fluid, and it is turned towards surface. Viscous fluid jet is sampled from region to form medium jet, flowing into area and accelerated therein as flowing around surface, limiting area for reduction of static pressure in it. Particles in layer of medium are whirled in intense swirl, layer of stable vortices, attached to surface is formed. Medium jet, inflowing into low pressure area and accelerated in it, is swirled in high-energy vortex bundle. Device to create lift force on surface has container, filled with viscous fluid, channels connecting said tank with top surface. Container with help of confuser channel is connected tangentially with vortex formation device, made up of cylindrical vortex chamber connected with help of shaped channels with top surface.
