PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily detach a second temporary fastening part ahead of a first temporary fastening part, for the purpose of urging an operator to perform the operation of sufficiently unfolding flaps.SOLUTION: An absorbent article according to the present invention comprises a main body part and side flaps formed to protrude outward from the main body part. Each of the side flaps is folded along both a first fold line section located on the side of a flat tip part at which fastening tapes are formed and a second fold line section located on the base end part side of the side flaps relative to the first fold line section. Non-skin-side surfaces of each of the side flaps folded along the first fold line section are temporarily fastened to each other by a first temporary fastening part. A skin-side surface of the side flap folded along the second fold line section is temporarily fastened to a skin-side surface of the main body part by a second temporary fastening part. In the situation where each of the side flaps is temporarily fastened, the inner end of the first temporary fastening part is positioned further outside than the inner end of the second temporary fastening part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
