PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique increasing percutaneous absorbability of a plant extract essence with vesicle and also high temperature stability of the vesicle itself.SOLUTION: A vesicle dispersion aqueous solution contains 1) a polyglycerol oleate ester and 2) a phospholipid, where preferably the polyglycerol oleate ester is a diglycerol monooleate ester and contains phytosterol. The vesicle dispersion aqueous solution of the present invention preferably comprises a plant extract essence and an active ingredient such as a skin whitening component. |
