PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder cosmetic which lightly spreads when applied, prevents burden feeling (uncomfortable feeling on a skin) of a cosmetic film after applied, and excellently prevents a makeup deterioration such as greasiness, color change and localization of the cosmetic film with time.SOLUTION: A powder cosmetic contains the following components (a) and (b): (a) a powder processed by an amino modified silicone; and (b) a flat cellulose powder. |
