PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration type actuator which makes a stable applied pressure to be generated to an oscillator, and can suppress deformation to an outer force.SOLUTION: A vibration type actuator comprises: an oscillation 100 oscillating by a driving voltage; a slider 104 making frictional contact with the oscillation 100; an applied pressure board 108 applying the oscillation 100 to the slider 104; a base 102 to which the oscillation 100 is fixed; a holding member 105 holding the base 102; and connection means. The vibration type actuator connects the oscillation 100 with the holding member 105 without backlash in a relative movement direction with the oscillation 100 and slider 104 by oscillating the oscillation 100, and the base 102 is freely moved to an applied pressure direction of the applied pressure board 108 to the holding member 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
