PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit of a semiconductor display device and a semiconductor display device, which can obtain a high-definition and high-resolution favorable image without image unevenness.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a buffer circuit which is used for a drive circuit and composed of an inverter circuit having a plurality of N-channel transistors, a plurality of P-channel transistors, first wiring and second wiring. The plurality of P-channel transistors are connected in parallel with each other; and one of the plurality of P-channel transistors is electrically connected with the first wiring; and one of the plurality of P-channel transistors is electrically connected with the N-channel transistor and the N-channel transistor is electrically connected with the second wiring; and the plurality of P-channel transistors have channel formation regions, respectively, which are provided in one semiconductor layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
