PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of suppressing seeping and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor A1 includes: a porous sintered body 11, made of a valve action metal; a positive electrode wire 12, projecting from the porous sintered body 11; a dielectric layer 13, laminated on the porous sintered body 11; and a conductive water-repellent film 14, containing a first film shape part 141, through which the positive electrode wire 12 penetrates; and a solid electrolytic layer 15, laminated on the dielectric layer 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
