PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary connector which eliminates the need for bending a cable in a complicated manner so as to facilitate assembly work, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the rotary connector.SOLUTION: Movable-side ends of cables 2 and 3 are fixed to a movable-side lead block 30, and fixed-side ends of the cables 2 and 3 are fixed to a fixed-side lead block 40. The movable-side lead block 30 is attached to a cylindrical part 12 of a rotor 10 by being inserted therein from a direction along a rotational center line O. The fixed-side lead block 40 is attached to a lead block fitting part 23 of a lower housing 20 by being inserted therein from the direction along the rotational center line O. The movable-side ends and the fixed-side ends of the cables 2 and 3 are located at the same height position as that of the cables 2 and 3 in a wiring space S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
