The present invention addresses the problem of providing a magnet device which has an excellent uniform magnetic field performance even if a magnetic material having low purity but high machining accuracy is used as a magnetic body for magnetic field adjustment. In order to resolve this problem, a magnetic body for magnetic field adjustment is configured by combining a low-purity magnetic body provided with a groove or a protuberance, with a high-purity magnetic body in the shape of a flat plate or a shape equivalent to a flat plate, wherein the thickness of the high-purity magnetic body is adjusted in accordance with the deviation in the saturation magnetization of the low-purity magnetic body. In this way, the number of machining steps can be reduced by using a magnetic material having high machining accuracy for parts having a complex shape, and an improvement in the uniform magnetic field performance can be achieved by using the high-purity magnetic body to compensate for deviations in the saturation magnetization. |
