This suspending structure for a seat suspends and supports a trim cover (7) from a seat member that configures a seat, the suspending structure having: a linear suspending member (14) for suspending which is disposed on the surface side of the trim cover (7); and a resin fastening member (30) for fastening the linear suspending member (14) on the seat member, the fastening member (30) having a flexible locking part (31) for locking the linear suspending member (14) while inserted into a suspending groove part (11) formed in the seat member. The locking part (31) of the fastening member (30) has a pair of locking claws between (31A) which the linear suspending member (14) is held. |
