PURPOSE: A shop business model using an electronic commercial transaction is provided for decreasing a transmission cost using a transmission system from a business shop to a destination. CONSTITUTION: In a shopping mall main office, a shopping mall is installed in the internet. A region-based warehouse is installed in each traffic center region over the country for implementing a quick delivery. An account management of a warehouse is performed by processing a customer's order and returned goods. In addition, a business right for a business activity and delivery business is sold for thereby forming a regional business system. In the warehouse, the items are output and inputted based on an instruction from the main office.
