PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a far infrared ray radiator is provided for bedclothes, matting and designs by adding materials to irradiate far infrared rays to a neutral magnesium binder and by hardening the materials in a predetermined shape. CONSTITUTION: A far infrared ray radiator(14) arranging heat wires(12) to use for an electric heating plate(10) contains materials to irradiate far infrared rays (e.g., jade, elvan, germanium, ocher, magnet, copper) for mixing magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride and silicone oxide as main ingredients with water. The materials are mixed with a binder hardened after mixing with water and are hardened to be cut into desirable shape and size by abrasion. In preparing the binder, magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride are hardened when reacting with water. Magnesium oxide powder is mixed with 35 wt.% of magnesium oxide powder, 1 wt.% of a dispersing agent, 1 wt.% of an antifoaming agent, 1 wt.% of a water reducing agent, 35 wt.% of silicone oxide, 1 wt.% of a methyl cellulose-series setting agent. A magnesium chloride solution is prepared by dissolving 25 wt.% of magnesium chloride with 10 wt.% of water.
