PURPOSE: A printing device for manufacturing a spacer and a method for manufacturing a display panel are provided to stably maintain intervals between first and second substrates through spacers, thereby making compressing features like smear features of a display panel. CONSTITUTION: A printing plate(600) has a plurality of oval receiving grooves. Each receiving groove is filled with beads. A printing roller rotates according to a short-axial direction of the receiving grooves on the printing plate. The printing roller transcribes the beads on an external surface. The printing roller transcribes the beads on an external substrate.
