PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a photographic image of a scene which a photographer being far from an installation position of a mobile phone would desire, by the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: An image photographing processing part 15 confirms setting of a photographing notice function and gives advance notice for photographing on reception of a mail (S42). Simultaneously, the processing part 15 causes a picture display part 3 to perform count-down display showing a photographing preparation condition (S43) and drives an audio information output part 7 in parallel with update of the count-down display to emit a prescribed alarm at intervals of a certain time (S44). It is checked whether a photographing stop command signal is outputted from an operation part 1 (S45), and it is checked whether the count-down display started in S43 is terminated in the case that the command signal is not outputted. When it is judged that the count-down display has been terminated, transmission permission is set (S47).
