PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element which obtains an attenuation pole at a desired frequency by changing frequencies at which the resonance / anti-resonance of a pattern related to formation of the attenuation pole takes place, controls the attenuation pole, and realizes a desired attenuation characteristic, and also to provide an electronic module mounted with the filter element. SOLUTION: The laminated filter element is formed as a low pass filter wherein double coils L1, L2 are formed, a signal input terminal and a signal output terminal are respectively provided to both terminals of the coil L1, and the low pass filter is formed by using a capacitance between the coil L2 and ground and a distributed constant capacitance between the coils L1 and L2. Distributed capacitances are formed between first coil forming conductors 4b, 4d, 4f for forming the coil L1 and second coil forming conductors 4a, 4c, 4e for forming the coil L2 via respective insulator layers 1c to 1g, the sum forms a capacitance C1, and the distributed capacitances are different between at least two of the insulator layers with each other.
