FIELD: microbiology, chemical and food industries; drying facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed drier contains vacuum chamber connected to vacuum pump through branch pipe with shutoff valve. Thermoelectric modules using for operation Peltier effect are installed from outer side of bottom. Said thermoelectric modules are designed for freezing product to be dried through dielectric backing in contact with bottom of vacuum chamber at supply of dc voltage of definite polarity and for controlled heating of product at sublimation stage at supply of dc voltage of opposite polarity. Vacuum chamber is furnished with desublimator made in form of removable cover. Thermoelectric modules are installed in cover, being similar in design to first modules. Surfaces of modules outer relative to vacuum chamber can be cooled by water heat exchangers. ^ EFFECT: provision of required process of drying.
