<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply improve system efficiency by stopping the individual operation detecting function such as the disturbing factor injection operation of a disturbing factor injection means, the system state detecting action of a system state detecting means, etc. if a distributed power source is not operating. <P>SOLUTION: This individual operation detector 6 has a disturbing factor injector 12 which injects a disturbing factor into between the distributed power source 2 and a system power source 3, a system state detector 13 which detects the system change due to the disturbing factor at the point of a system interconnection point X between the distributed power source and the system power source, and a controller 16 which detects the individual operation of the distributed power source, based on this detection results. This has a voltage detector 14 which detects the voltage between the distributed power source and a power controller 4, and the controller detects the operating action of the distributed power source and switches on the disturbing factor injector and the system state detector, and also when it is judged that the voltage detected by the voltage detector is under a specified voltage value, it judges that the distributed power source has stopped its operation, and switches off the disturbing factor injector and the system state detector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
