<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for separating and culturing an adult stem cell designed to simply and efficiently prepare the adult stem cell in a number necessary for treatment of diseases from limited raw material tissues of the adult. <P>SOLUTION: The system for separating and culturing the adult stem cell is composed of the following: at least a means 1 for selectively capturing the adult stem cell from a liquid which is to be treated and contains the adult stem cell, a circuit 2 connected to the inlet side of the means 1 for introducing the liquid which is to be treated and contains the adult stem cell into the means 1, a circuit 3 connected to the outlet side of the means 1 for draining the liquid led out of the means 1, a means 4 for introducing the recovered liquid into the means 1 and a means 5 for culturing the cell recovered from the means 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
