PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sweetened bun, as there have been chocolate bun and bean-jam bun, but there is no mixed bun thereof. SOLUTION: The sweetened bun is produced by boiling down bitter chocolate and bean jam by adding granulated sugar and water for about 15-20 minutes, making viscous candy which is not too hard and too soft in a state in which water remains a little and enclosing the candy with croissant dough in either a circular shape or an elliptic shape.
