An apparatus and a method for manufacturing grid meshes for an X-ray tube using a laser are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and to improve the precision of products by using the laser. An apparatus for manufacturing grid meshes for an X-ray tube using a laser includes an UV(Ultra Violet) laser, a first mirror(20), a galvano scan mirror(30), an X-Y-Z stage(40), and a personal computer(50). The UV laser oscillates a light source through the first mirror and a second mirror. The galvano mirror illuminates a metal sample mounted on the X-Y-Z stage. The personal computer controls the UV laser, the galvano scan mirror and the X-Y-Z stage.
