<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance service work irrespective of an object resource of default setting. <P>SOLUTION: A digital multi-function machine includes a multi-function machine unit 10 and a memory module 20 detachably connected to the multi-function machine unit. The memory module 20 stores a control program for backup and restore to be executed by the multi-function machine unit 10 in a state where the memory module 20 is connected to the multi-function machine unit 10, and the control program selects various pieces of default information set in the multi-function machine unit 10 as a combination information group suitable for an object resource of default setting, and causes the multi-function machine unit 10 to perform a backup to the memory module 20 and a restore from the memory module 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
