<p>A shoe (1) comprises a sole (2) on which are defined in succession, along its prevalent longitudinal direction, a heel zone (5), a plantar arch zone (6), a ball zone (7) and a toe zone (8), each of these zones corresponding to respective regions of a user's foot when received in the shoe, a substantially rigid support element (30) positioned in the sole at least in the plantar arch zone, together with a substantially flexible dissipator element (31) extending longitudinally in the sole between the heel zone and the toe zone and fixedly joined to the support element. The shoe also comprises an upper (3) attached to the sole and including opposing lateral portions (11) together with a top portion (12) extending between the lateral portions to define a site for receiving a user's foot and an entrance (4) of the shoe. On at least one of the lateral portions there is a plurality of through-notches (20), extending away from the sole towards the entrance (4) or the top portion (12), and closed by respective substantially resilient flaps (21) fixed to the edges of the notches.</p> |
