摘要

PURPOSE: A food product containing red ginseng for children mixed with cocoa powder is provided to enable children users to easily eat the product by reducing the bitter taste of the red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A food product containing red ginseng for children includes 0.1-15wt% of processed red ginseng product, and 1-30wt% of cocoa powder for masking the bitter taste of the red ginseng. The processed red ginseng product is selected from red ginseng powder, a red ginseng extract, and a red ginseng concentrate. The food product additionally includes 85-98.9wt% of food additive selected from a sweetener, a reinforcing agent, or a dairy product.
