An organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate including a light emitting area and a transmission area; a first transistor placed in the light emitting area; a second transistor placed in the light emitting area, and adjacent to the first transistor; a capacitor placed on the substrate in the light emitting area, adjacent to the first transistor, and including a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode overlapped with the first capacitor electrode; and a pixel definition film placed on the first transistor, the second transistor, and the capacitor, including a first opening formed in the light emitting area, and a second opening formed in the transmission area, and containing an opaque substance. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving visibility.
