Disclosed is a system for controlling a separator position. The system for controlling a separator position includes a separator which separates water from oil by a difference of specific gravity in crude oil; an elevating part which vertically moves the separator upwards or downwards; and a control part which determines the metacenter of an ocean floating body based on a present weight and controls the operation of the elevating part to move the separator to a height located in the center axis in the determined metacenter. So, the optimal performance of the separator can be maintained. |
