A method for measuring a channel response of a time-interleaving type analog-digital converter (ADC) according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: applying a mixed signal of a first signal of a first frequency with a second signal of a reference frequency to the ADC, and measuring a first response; applying a mixed signal of a third signal of a second frequency with the second signal to the ADC, and measuring a second response; estimating a channel sequence of the ADC on the basis of the second signal; and determining each response characteristic of a plurality of ADCs which are interleaved by referring to the estimated channel sequence, the first response or the second response. In addition, the method further comprises the steps of: separating the original sampling measured value into each of the channels by referring to a compression characteristic of the measured channel, and producing a separation signal (Ymeas) by filling empty slots of each channel with zero; producing a vector rotating amount (E) in a frequency area with respect to separation signals corresponding to each of the channels; and calculating a restoring signal (Yreconst) of each of the channels by referring to the response characteristics (H) for each of the channels and the vector rotating amount (E). |
