at least one solid state drive (SSD); and an element which prevents removal of the device, with unique data on the SSD being accessible, from a computer housing with which the device engages; wherein the element comprises a switch which, responsive to the device being at least partially removed from the computer housing subsequent to being engaged therewith, completes a circuit in reverse bias between a power source and the SSD.
