The present invention relates to a raw material charging apparatus. The raw material charging apparatus comprises: a raw material hopper storing a raw material; a drum feeder provided to be rotated to a lower portion of the raw material hopper to discharge the raw material stored in the raw material hopper; and a charging chute where the raw material discharged from the raw material hopper. The drum feeder has a collection area having a smaller diameter than the diameter of a center thereof provided in at least a portion of both sides of the center in the longitudinal direction to enable the raw material to be evenly charged in a container.
