The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for correcting by determining whether to have axis distortion or non-equilibrium by using a shortest or longest arrival time of a signal, which is transmitted in a transmitter antenna in communications using an orbital angular momentum, reaching a receiver antenna; calculating and correcting a size of the axis distortion when the axis distortion is detected; and calculating and correcting a slope caused by the non-equilibrium when the non-equilibrium is detected.
