<p>PURPOSE: A non-volatile memory block allocation system and a method thereof are provided to increase the lifetime of EEPROM(Electronically Erasable Programmable ROM) by performing block allocation by data through data use learning. CONSTITUTION: An update unit(220) updates data in an allocated block. A block allocating unit(230) allocates the block by data. The block allocating unit allocates unallocated block to the data. The update unit updates the data in a newly allocated block. The update unit updates the data in the block which is allocated by the data.</p> |
