An atomization assembly and an electronic cigarette. The atomization assembly comprises an oil storage sleeve (21). An atomization core (3) used for atomizing tobacco oil is inserted in the storage sleeve (21). The oil storage sleeve (21) and the atomization core (3) form, in a surrounding manner, an oil storage chamber (22) used for storing the tobacco oil. An oil filling port is formed in an end opening of one end of the oil storage sleeve (21). The oil filling port is provided with a suction nozzle assembly (1) on end of which is detachably connected to the oil storage sleeve (21). A sealing gasket (30) is disposed on one end face of the atomization core (3) facing to the suction nozzle assembly (1). A first protrusion (301) that is ring-shaped and that is elastically pressed against with the suction nozzle assembly (1) is disposed on an end face of the sealing gasket (30) facing to the suction nozzle assembly (1). The sealing gasket (30) is pressed against with the suction nozzle assembly (1) by means of the first protrusion (301), so that the full contact of the end faces of the sealing gasket (30) and the suction nozzle assembly (1) can be avoided, and accordingly the contact area between the sealing gasket (30) and an oil baffle member (12) is decreased, thereby preventing a user unscrewing out the atomization core (3) when the oil baffle member (12) is disassembled.
