The present invention relates to a full-bridge DC-DC converter, including: a voltage source generating a DC voltage; a full-bridge circuit converting the DC voltage into an AC square wave voltage by switching the DC voltage by a phase shift PWM method by connecting a leading leg and a lagging leg in parallel; a real high frequency transformer which is modeled to have an ideal transformer and a magnetizing inductance formed in parallel and embedded with a leakage inductance, and is frequently used in an industrial site; and a rectification circuit rectifying the transformed high frequency AC square wave voltage in a turn ratio of the ideal transformer from the transformer and then delivering the rectified AC square voltage to a load. A serial capacitor is formed between the full-bridge circuit and the transformer. According to the present invention, the full-bridge DC-DC converter can improve efficiency of a total system by achieving ZVS and reducing a circulation current using a leakage inductance in the transformer serving as the serial capacitor and series resonance inductance. |
