PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformed pipe body hole drilling apparatus and a deformed pipe body hole drilling method that enable an improvement in the efficiency of drilling work.SOLUTION: An apparatus of this invention comprises: a die part, having a die side hole of shape and position enabling a punch to be inserted into a die to be inserted from the opening of one end so that the die can come in contact inside of the peripheral wall of a deformed pipe with a through hole drilled; a backup part, inserted from the opening of one end so that support can come in contact inside of the peripheral wall opposite the inside of a deformed pipe with a through hole drilled; and a spacer part, having a punched hole of shape and position enabling the storage of punch slugs of through holes drilled with a punch in a rod-like part extended in a rod-like form to be inserted from the opening of one end between the die part and the backup part, and discharges punch slugs out of the deformed pipe by removing the spacer part from the gap between the die part and the backup part in a state that punch slugs are stored into the punched hole of the spacer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
