PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment and solidification system comprising upper and lower chamber assemblies, a lay-up and mold-releasable station, a transfer assembly, an automatic or permanent binding system, and a control part.SOLUTION: Upper and lower chamber assemblies are bound together to form sealed compressed air and operable to maintain a pressurized environment around a tool. A lay-up and mold-releasable station facilitates the stacking, bagging, and sealing of untreated components in the tool. A transfer assembly accurately arranges the tool on the lower chamber assembly so that the tool is aligned with the upper chamber assembly. An automatic or permanent binding system supplies service to the tool and the sealed compressed air. A control part instructs, based on a series of processing parameters, to supply service to the sealed compressed air and tool. According to the series of processing parameters, each group of untreated components is heat treated and solidified.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
