PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor generating a target position signal based on a detection signal from a sensor for detecting a camera shaking amount and capable of suitably handling such as panning and tilting.SOLUTION: The signal processor is provided in an imaging apparatus having a sensor for detecting the camera shaking amount and a movable part for shaking compensation and generates signals indicating a target position of the movable part for shaking compensation based on the detection signals of the sensor. In this case, the signal processor includes a high pass filter with variable cut off frequency applying a high pass filtering process to the detection signal and a cut off frequency control section for raising the cut off frequency when a level of an accumulated value of the detection signal has exceeded a prescribed threshold and returning the cut off frequency to a former value when the level of the accumulated value has the threshold or less. |
