FIELD: micromechanics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micromechanics devices (sensors), which can be used in any industries, for example in aviation and space engineering. Micromechanics products filling plant with technical liquid containing vacuum pump, tight vacuum chamber for technical fluid degassing process, which includes transparent cap, base with filled items, arranged on it along circumference, tank with filled fluid, installed on fixed pole and connected to liquid dosing device, having drain hole, wherein articles are equipped with two tubes: one is to fill articles, another one is for filling control, wherein base consists of two parts: lower fixed and top with filled items having possibility of rotation by motor, besides, dispensing device is equipped with valve having possibility to be controlled from optoelectronic sensor mounted on base lower part and having electric connection to microcontroller.EFFECT: higher quality of products filling.5 cl, 4 dwg |
