FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and botanics. In method obtaining homogeneous suspension of Tilia cordata Mill. tillet leaf tissues containing mesophyll columnar and spongy cells. Leaf tissues are treated with hydrochloric acid solution at high temperature and limited time. At that, for leaves collected in June, hydrochloric acid solution concentration is 0.8-0.9 N, for collected in July - 1.0-1.1 N, for collected in August - 1.1-1.2 N, with treatment temperature of 90 °C and time of 25-30 minutes.EFFECT: method enables to obtain homogeneous suspension containing tillet mesophyll columnar and spongy cells.1 cl, 1 ex |
