Young women with estrogen deficiency with arterial hypertension in late fertile period are subject to echocardiographic, laboratory examination, and the obtained results are processed. On the obtained data Z number is determined by a developed formula. If Z<0 and in presence of gene polymorphism painless myocardial ischemia is diagnosed.
