PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust an allowable load of an allowance mechanism according to rotation speed of a spool in a drawing-out direction.SOLUTION: In a changing mechanism 40 of a second force limiter mechanism 32 in a webbing rewinding device 10, during an emergency of a vehicle, an intrusion amount of a mass 50 into a recessed part of a rotating cam 46 is changed according to rotation speed of the rotating cam 46, which is integral with a spool 16, in a drawing-out direction, so that a second force limiter load of the second force limiter mechanism 32 is changed. This allows the changing mechanism 40 to change the second force limiter load in a non-step manner according to the rotation speed of the spool 16 in the drawing-out direction so that the second force limiter load can be appropriately adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
