PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of performing video editing processing at high speed.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: reproduction means that reproduces a video file recorded in a recording medium in a file format for managing a file using a file allocation table; and editing means that performs editing for deleting video data belonging to a chapter to be deleted in the video file reproduced by the reproduction means. The editing means specifies a recording position on the recording medium of the video data corresponding to the chapter to be deleted, and edits the file allocation table so that at least part of the video data corresponding to the predetermined chapter is not read. |
