PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit of a display device that suppresses fluctuation in the threshold voltage of a transistor using amorphous silicon, reduces the number of contacts of a mounted driver IC, and achieves lower power consumption and upsizing or higher definition.SOLUTION: A flip flop as a drive circuit has a configuration in which an AC pulse is added to gate electrodes of transistors liable to deteriorate through a transistor with a high potential (VDD) applied to the gate electrode (or through an element having a resistance component). By inputting a signal, to the gate electrodes of transistors 102 and 106 liable to deteriorate, through a transistor 103 that is turned on during a non-selective period, the shift of the threshold voltage of the transistors 102 and 106 liable to deteriorate and the shift of the threshold voltage of the transistor 103 that is turned on are suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
