PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device in which both miniaturization and higher function are achieved.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes a photoelectric conversion element, pixel circuit, driver circuit, A/D conversion circuit, image processing circuit, and storage circuit. Transistors included in the driver circuit, A/D conversion circuit, and image processing circuit are provided in a first layer. Transistors included in the pixel circuit and storage circuit are provided in a second layer on the first layer. The photoelectric conversion element is provided in a third layer on the second layer. Between a photoelectric conversion layer comprising the pixel circuit and the pixel circuit, and the other circuits, a shield layer for preventing interference of a signal is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
