PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth-like transducer having excellent flexibility, a device using the signal from the transducer, and/or a device excellent in durability that functions by inputting the electric signal.SOLUTION: The transducer includes piezoelectric units disposed roughly on the same plane so that conductive fibers B and piezoelectric fibers A are electrically connected and an electric signal is made to be an output or an input. A cover factor CF calculated by the formula below is greater than or equal to 500 and a water repellent treatment is applied. In the formula, DWp represents warp total fineness (dtex), MWp represents warp woven density (warp/2.54 cm), DWf represents weft total fineness (dtex), and MWf represents weft woven density (warp/2.54 cm).
