PURPOSE: A print on gold leaf ground is provided by attaching a gold leaf layer to a base film with a printed layer. CONSTITUTION: The print on gold leaf ground is produced by a process comprising the steps of: performing print (30) on one side of the base film (20); attaching the gold leaf (10) to the other side of the base film (20) using an acrylic adhesive. The base film (20) is preferably polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and the gold leaf layer has a thickness of 0.3-0.4 μm.
