PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head suspension assembly, a head stack assembly, and a disk device in which electronic parts can be mounted near a head while keeping high responsiveness to a gap variation to keep a gap between the head and a medium constant. SOLUTION: A hard disk drive has a head suspension assembly 25 with a magnetic head mounted at the tip thereof. The head suspension assembly 25 is constituted by attaching a suspension 31 to the tip of an arm 27. An attaching hole 27b for housing and arranging a pair of schottky diodes 41, 42 is formed near the tip of the arm 27. Wiring between the magnetic head and the schotty diode can be shortened by attaching the schottky diodes 41, 42 to a part of the arm 27 near to the magnetic head, so that an influence of noise can be suppressed.
