Analysis system for analyzing a chemical agent of a sample and a method thereof are provided to detect predetermined chemical components from the sample having various chemical components. An analysis system for analyzing a chemical agent of a sample(101) includes a first container(103), a second container(105), a differential amplifier(107), a chemical component detector, and a variable filter(111). The sample(101) includes various chemical components. The first container(103) includes a main component of the sample(101). The second container(105) includes predetermined chemical components of the sample(101) to be detected. The differential amplifier(107) amplifies a differential IR radiation ray generated from the first and second containers(103,105).
