PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo-control device for an NC device which displays the evaluation of precision, in controlling a servo system with a two-dimensional image to visually adjust the servo system, and to provide an adjustment method thereof. SOLUTION: The control device is provided with an instruction means which gives cyclic position instructions; a means which records the history of position data by the position feedback of a servo system to the position instructions; and a first drawing means which displays the position data by the position feedback and data at a quarter cycle prior or posterior to the position instructions or position data at a quarter cycle prior or posterior to the position instructions, as respective axial data of orthogonal biaxis, on a two-dimensional planar surface comprising the orthogonal biaxis.
