PROCESS FOR GROWING OF DIAMOND MONOCRYSTALS ON FUSE

A process for growing of diamond monocrystals on fuse is carried out with application to growth cell high pressure and temperature by means of creation of temperature gradient between carbon source and seeding crystal, arranged layer-by-layer and divided with carbon alloy solvent. The temperature gradient is set in such a way, that carbon source is situated in area, heated to maximum for this gradient temperature, and seed crystal is placed in area with minimum for this gradient temperature. The growing process is carried out changing gradient for the preparation of optimal distribution of temperature field in the planned time of growing.
